Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund Eligibility

  • If the order has not been started, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase.

Partial Refund Eligibility

  • If the order is partially completed, and you request a refund, the refund amount will correspond to the uncompleted portion of the order, calculated proportionally based on the work completed.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund or credit towards another service.

No Refund Cases

  • If an order is completed, refunds are not possible.
  • If the customer violates terms of service the order may be canceled without a refund.

Refund Process

  • Customers must request refunds via support@faceit-boost.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
