Please read the following TERMS OF SERVICE carefully. By using our services you are accepting that you are aware of all the terms of service and the content of this document.

By making any purchase on the website www.faceit-boost.com you are confirming that you have read and agreed with all our policies written in this document. If you have any doubts or do not agree with the proposed terms of use and do not want to accept them, you can contact us on this matter to discuss it.

Customers Order

Your order is only about Counter-Strike 2 and our assistance for your gameplay & coaching if needed. Make sure you talk with our support agents about your order agreement. Customers order boost can be activated or paused anytime he wants to do it. But he needs to inform at least 1 hour before doing so.

Payments

We have passed identification and concluded agreements with payment aggregators of FONDY and PayOp and we also have identified wallets of other payment systems. This means that we have provided all the necessary documents (Passport data, bank accounts, etc.)

And also passed a full check by the security service of each of the aggregators. This fully guarantees complete protection of your personal data and payments.

You can pay for your order by any available means on the checkout page. If you want to make a payment in a way that is not presented on the site, contact the operator to resolve this issue.

Solo Boost (Account Sharing) orders

Solo boost is an option in which the booster is played on your account, while you must provide account data (Steam including Steam Guard and Faceit data). If you do not answer and do not provide a steam guard code when the booster needs it, your order will be moved out of the queue. In this case, the lead time for your order will be significantly increased. If you don't want to be asked for the Mobile Guard Code, you can simply provide us 5-10 Backup Steam Guard Codes, which will be active for several days from the moment of their creation. Steam Guard Backup Codes are exactly the same as the normal steam guard codes.

The booster will play in offline mode, will not read your messages or edit any of your profile data. When creating an order, you can indicate that you do not want the booster to use voice chat in the game. You can also do this later by contacting the operator. If you have not specified this, the booster will be able to use voice chat in the game.

Duo (Lobby) Boost (Self-play) orders

If you decide to purchase Duo/Lobby Boost order you need to follow the rules which are:

  • You cannot try to lose the game on purpose, which means (stay AFK, succumb to the enemy, blocking teammates, provoke teammates and boosters into conflict and similar behaviors) or being toxic to the teammates.
  • You cannot talk about boost in the game or in web chat on faceit.
  • Ask boosters for their personal data ( Nickname, Elo, Steam profile etc.).
  • In the Duo (lobby) you can only play with our boosters until the order is completed. If you want to play the game without boosters, you must get approval from the operator on the site. Otherwise, it may end up canceling your order with no refund.

Please inform our operator your week schedule for playing. Otherwise, priority will be given to orders other than yours.

Region Related Concerns

Our site offers CS: GO leveling all over the world. For the European region, we can provide both Solo Boost and Duo / Lobby Boost without any problems, because our boosters are located in Europe. For other regions, we can either provide only Solo Boosting mode, or you can join our lobby and play with boosters in the lobby on European servers, but keep in mind that your ping will be above 100.

REFUND POLICY

If a customer pays for an order and suddenly wants to cancel it - before we start the process, we can issue a 100% refund. But if the customer pays for the order, and we have already started the process, you can make a refund, but only to the balance on the site (you can use it for other services of our site). About boosters

All members of our team provide legit boosting, this means no cheats, bots (vertigo boosting), or any other third-party software will be used during the boost. Our boosters works under a contract and we do not hire random players to do customer's orders. We hire only boosters with minimum 3000 Elo on Faceit.

Ban POLICY

According to the rules of Faceit account sharing, multiple accounts and account boosting are prohibited. We make every effort to reduce the chances of getting banned when using our services to zero using the best security measures. We are doing everything to hide our activity on our customer's account and make the boosting undetectable. We use VPN programs to change the IP address that is near to the customer location and our players change PC specs in their PCs regularly. All of those measures make the faceit boost almost undetectable. However, faceit often changes their boosting detecting algorithms so the risk of getting banned is very small, but still exists. This is why you are buying faceit boosting services at your own risk and getting banned on Faceit won't be eligibility for a refund. Remember if you use the duo boost option then you cannot be banned on faceit. The worst thing that can happen is that your ELO will be taken away.

Private Boosting

Make sure you only talk to our support agents about boost. Don't accept any contacts that are fake-representing our service. Any type of private boost, which is against our company interests - is prohibited and can end in the cancellation of your order. ​

If any of our boosters offer you private boosting, make sure you report him to our support agents and we will make sure he gets permanently removed from our website member list, you will also get an appropriate reward for helping us. If you are a Booster, and you offered private boosting to customers you will get permanent removal from the website without returning back.
