Services Description

Our services are related to Counter-Strike 2 and include coaching and gameplay assistance. We guarantee the execution of services as described; however, specific outcomes may vary depending on external factors beyond our control. All services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for any changes made by third-party platforms. Some platforms may have policies that restrict account services, and customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their platform’s rules.

Orders and Customer Agreement

  • Orders can be started, paused, or canceled at the customer's request with prior notification at least 1 hour in advance.
  • Customers must communicate with our support team regarding the order status.
  • Any violation of our terms may result in order cancellation without a refund.

Payments

  • Payments are securely processed through PayOp and other authorized payment systems.
  • We do not collect or store any payment details. Transactions are handled by third-party payment processors.
  • If a customer requires an alternative payment method not listed on our site, they must contact support.

Solo Boost (Account Sharing) Orders

  • In Solo Boosting, a professional player will assist you by playing on your account.
  • We do not request passwords. Customers must enable temporary access using Steam’s authorized login options.
  • The booster will not modify any account details or engage in unauthorized activities.
  • Customers may opt out of in-game voice communication by notifying support.

Duo (Lobby) Boost (Self-Play) Orders

  • Customers must follow fair play guidelines: no intentional losing, toxicity, or discussing boosting publicly.
  • Customers may only play with our boosters until the order is complete.
  • Customers must provide a weekly availability schedule to avoid delays.

Refund Policy

Risk Disclaimer & Ban Policy

  • Some gaming platforms prohibit account boosting or related services.
  • We implement security measures (VPN, hardware ID changes) to minimize detection risk, but there is always a possibility of account penalties.
  • Purchasing boosting services is at your own risk. If your account is penalized, refunds will not be issued.
  • Duo Boosting does not typically violate platform policies, reducing the risk of penalties.
